Horacio Pagani has brought along his long-awaited replacement for the Zonda – the Pagani Huayra – to the Geneva Show floor. And it looks a lot better in the flesh than even the best of the Huayra photos we’ve seen so far.

The legendary Nurburgring race track in Germany is set to be bought out by a consortium led by private investment group HIG capital, it emerged on Friday. The circuit has been burdened with enormous debts, went into administration in 2012, and has been looking for a new owner since last spring. HIG’s move will hopefully allay fears of car enthusiasts around the world, who visit the historic 13-mile track in droves to test the limits of both their car’s handling and their own skill.

This is the first picture of Jaguar’s new XJ saloon. Revealed to the world’s media at Jaguar’s press conference at the Shanghai motor show today, it gives us a glimpse of the new Jaguar saloon that will be fully revealed on July 9 2009. Jaguar also released a video of the XJ, which can be viewed at the bottom of this page.
